Soft and tasty vegan pancakes

This recipe is so easy! Makes 6 small pancakes. Perfect for the kiddies.


Ingredients


1 banana

200 gr rolled oats

100ml plant based milk

1 tbs organic cacao

1 tsp vanilla bean powder

1 tbs nut butter (your choice what you use).


Method


1. Place all ingredients in a blender/NutriBullet/food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Transfer into a pouring jug to make it easier to pour into frying pan.

3. Heat a frying pan on high, turn down to low—medium heat, add your cooking oil of choice, and pour in small circles with decent gap between each one. A small frying pan should fit 3.

4. They don’t take long to cook, so 1 minute each side, flip, and serve. 5. Top with your favourite toppings.
