3 ingredient vegan pancakes

All you need is blender/Nutri bullet. I’m sure a food processor will suffice.


Recipe - makes 6 medium pancakes


1 ripe banana

200gr rolled oats

100 ml plant based milk. I used my homemade cashew milk.


Method

1. Place ingredients in blender or whatever you use.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Transfer into a pouring device

4. Heat a non-stock frying pan, reduce to a low to medium heat depending on your stove.

5. Pour batter in. Flip when it begins to bubble.


YUM!!!!!! I served with organic natural yogurt, fresh organic berries and beautiful organic honey.

Therefore, this recipe is no longer vegan, but serve with anything you desire! Super easy, super quick, and the kids will love it!!!!!!
